Office Policies & Mission

We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Tuesday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that it be done when your appointment is confirmed. If you fail to cancel your appointment at this time and miss your scheduled time, you are subject to being charged an additional fee. If you experience an after hours emergency, we accommodate our patients with appointments at a convenient time for them.

Office Closures

Occasionally, we have to close our office due to poor weather conditions, like snow. When this occurs, we will contact you by phone to inform you of the office closure.

When our office is closed for vacation, we have other offices available to assist our patients when necessary.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
